  1. Introduction

Welcome to ClickBoosters.net (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the resale of Google Services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2.   Services Provided

We offer digital marketing services, including but not limited to the resale of Google Services such as Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, and other related products (“Services”). Our goal is to optimize various targeted keywords for the cities where our customers operate their businesses. The services we strive to deliver promptly include:

Creation of purchased profile pages.

For customers who purchase a Google+ product: a minimum of one front-page placement within 30 days, or billing is paused upon request.

3.   Charges and Payment

Charges consist of an initial fee followed by a recurring monthly charge. At sign-up, only the initial fee is charged. Recurring amounts are billed monthly, with rate plans varying depending on the services included. All customers are on a month-to-month service with

no contracted or required term. The rate plan referenced on the existing Checkout page may not reflect the current rate plan of an existing customer.

Customers may request a change in their payment method by emailing customer service at support@clickboosters.net. By providing payment information, customers consent to automatic recurring charges to their credit card or checking account.

4.   Agreement Term, Cancellation, and Refunds

Customers agree to the terms of the agreement for the rate plan they select. ClickBoosters.net will not issue refunds for services already rendered; however, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To request a refund, customers must contact Customer Service, and each case will be reviewed individually. Refunds are not guaranteed and, if granted, will be on a prorated basis.

Customers may cancel their service within five days to avoid future charges but are not entitled to a refund of previous payments. If a customer selected a one-year or two-year agreement, a cancellation fee of 50% of the outstanding balance is due and payable upon cancellation.

5.   Purchase of Domain

If a customer opts to purchase a domain through ClickBoosters.net but decides to cancel their service, the customer may have to purchase their domain name for a set fee. If the customer does not purchase their domain, it will revert to ClickBoosters.net, and the customer will have no control over the domain.

6.   Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Inform ClickBoosters.net in writing of any internet advertising campaigns they have performed or are performing before agreeing to service. Failure to disclose this information may compromise the services provided by ClickBoosters.net.

Provide a physical location and an address that can receive mail for each service location. Without a physical location, it is difficult for ClickBoosters.net to obtain front-page placements.

Use ClickBoosters.net’s services for lawful purposes only.

Be supportive of their internet advertising campaign and responsive to ClickBoosters.net’s requests within a reasonable period, acknowledging that lack of responsiveness may affect the performance of such products.

Respect all trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property. Customers certify they own or have permission to use any image uploaded or otherwise provided to ClickBoosters.net.

7.   No Liability

ClickBoosters.net, its suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assigns shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for loss of business profit, personal injuries, business interruptions, state licensing requirements, city ordinances, business information loss, or any other loss resulting from the use or inability to use ClickBoosters.net products. The maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

8.   Indemnity

Customers shall indemnify and hold ClickBoosters.net, its successors, suppliers, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries, and assigns harmless from any liability or loss resulting from any judgments or claims against the customer.

G. Consent to Be Contacted

You agree and consent that ClickBoosters.net and its affiliates may contact you regarding the status of your account via phone or email.

10.   Changes to Terms and Conditions

ClickBoosters.net may change its Terms and Conditions without prior notice. We recommend that you print these or save them electronically for your records.

11.   Governing Law and Venue

By purchasing our service, you agree that your agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America. You also agree and hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the United States of America, County of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with respect to any matters relating to your purchase of ClickBoosters.net’s goods.

12.   Agreement to Arbitrate

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Oklahoma, USA, before one arbitrator. The arbitration shall be administered by Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures. Judgment on the award may be entered by a U.S. court, whereby the customer consents to personal jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court located in Oklahoma, USA.

13.   Authority to Sign

The person agreeing to service on behalf of the customer hereby represents and warrants that they have the authority and ability to act on behalf of the customer.
